RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be in their original condition, meaning unused, unworn, and unaltered, with all tags and liners attached.
  • You can choose either a refund or an exchange for your returned items.

Return/Exchange Window:

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 14 business days for processing your refund or exchange.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to any alternative payment methods.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for the postage fees when returning items.
  • In the case of exchanges, customers will bear the additional shipping costs for the new items being sent. Which could be around $8-$15.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items purchased on sale or marked down are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for fit or sizing issues.

Additional Guidelines:

  • We recommend obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return at the post office or courier service, as proof of return. Avoid using drop boxes, as they may result in lost or delayed packages. If a return is lost and there is no proof of it being sent, we cannot process your return.
  • We do not charge a processing fee for returns or exchanges, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process for our customers.
  • For urgent exchanges, we offer an instant exchange option. A temporary authorization will be placed on your credit card, and if the unwanted items are not returned within 14 days, your card will be charged.
